The Role The Litigation Paralegal will provide end-to-end support on active cases, from initial filings to post-trial documentation. You’ll coordinate directly with attorneys, clients, and experts, managing complex schedules and high-volume discovery with professionalism and calm. Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence for attorney review. Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and trial binders. Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court filings (state and federal). Assist attorneys during hearings and trial preparation. Maintain databases and e-discovery systems. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of litigation experience in a law-firm environment. Strong understanding of New York court procedures and e-filing systems. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable with digital workflow tools. Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
