This is a leadership role focused on people, performance, and growth
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and showroom staff
- Assign leads and territories to drive performance and profitability
- Track sales results and coach your team toward goals
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Partner with leadership on strategy, promotions, and showroom events
- Select and merchandise products that fit your local market
- Review reports, performance metrics, and P&L results
- You lead by example and know how to motivate a team
- You’re comfortable holding people accountable while supporting growth
- You understand sales performance, forecasting, and profitability
- You stay organized and data‑driven
- You value relationships just as much as results
- Must have flooring experience
- Sales management experience
- Wholesale, flooring, or building materials experience
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, reports, and financial data
- Strong communication and leadership skills
