Achieve the Set Revenue Growth.• Demonstrate and expand customer relationship with NTT DATA Proprietary Manufacturing solutions: Smart Operations, Manufacturing 4.0 Consulting services, IoT/Data Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Network, Digital EAS Service offerings. • Align NTT DATA’s offerings solutions with customer’s technology and business objectives.• Drive outcomes-based result for customers using NTT DATA’s service offerings.• Drive efficiency in client environment through automation.• Gather and analyze market intelligence from tools like SFDC, Capstone, One Source, and Discoverorg.• Analyze customer data in SEC filings, analyst reports, investor conferences, and other primary and secondary sources.• Nurture, develop, maintain, and manage a focused set of cloud-native products and services, offered through relationships with cloud partners.• Develop financial solutions for deals based on client requirements and the competitive marketplace while ensuring NTT DATA meets its business and financial goals.• Formally engage and lead large multidisciplinary teams in developing complex solutions for specific client opportunities and in developing client deliverables such as a Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Statements of Work (SOWs) or presentations.• Conduct customer negotiations and resolve complex contract negotiation issues at the senior executive level.• Identify cost effective and practical alternatives for the customer by bundling service solutions to maximize NTT DATA’s opportunity while meeting customer’s needs.• Prepare proposals and detailed cost analysis and prepare contract documents for review by Sales Director prior to negotiation with clients. • Collaborate with solution teams to ensure that delivery capability matches the proposed solution.Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences.• Identify cost effective and practical alternatives by bundling service solutions to maximize NTT DATA’s opportunity while meeting customer’s needs.• Maintain communications with key customer executives to ensure knowledge of changing customer environment. • Continually evaluate delivery efforts within verticals and put plans in place to improve as needed. • Understand long-term opportunities within each customer to define and plan to partner on creating a presence and offering with the practice group. • Deliver an excellent client experience at all times, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.• Transition new clients smoothly and successfully to the account management and delivery team.• Determine an efficient communication procedure to alerting account management teams of issues that impact client delivery or service.• Build and sustain effective communication with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience.• Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal technology teams, leadership, and clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.These complex duties require the application of a highly specialized body of knowledge.
