Highlights Location: Edison, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease. Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patient/family and healthcare team. Implement age and disease specific care in an organized manner. Perform continuous Point-of-Care electronic documentation. Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar-scanning technology. Requirements Education Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire Experience Six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Nurse Residency Program Licenses & Certifications Current Registered Nurse license in NJ BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire #J-18808-Ljbffr
