Maintain attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings. Prepare, organize, and scan legal documents, exhibits, binders, and case files using iManage, Adobe, and related software. Support attorneys and paralegals with case management, docketing, discovery, evidence collection, and trial/hearing preparation. Coordinate Zoom mediations, service lists, public records requests, and document production projects. Maintain accurate electronic and physical files. Assist with file closing procedures and related accounting requests. Communicate professionally with attorneys, court personnel, clients, vendors, and internal departments. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, pleadings, discovery, and the litigation process. Familiarity with NYSCEF, PACER, NJ eCourts, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, iManage, and litigation support software. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to support multiple attorneys and collaborate effectively with legal teams and administrative staff. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional and presentable demeanor. Dependable, tech‑savvy, collaborative, and able to work independently when needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion. Ability to organize and maintain electronic and physical files and workflows. Education and Experience Minimum of 4 years of litigation paralegal experience required, preferably supporting business litigation matters. Paralegal certificate or degree preferred. Our Commitment to Compliance and Inclusion In accordance with New York and New Jersey state laws, the salary range for this position is $60,000‑$70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
