What You’ll Do

• Provide backup coverage for NICU on-call requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal neonatal and pediatric patient care
• Assist in critical care decision-making during on-call periods
• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to hospital protocols
• Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives related to neonatal and pediatric services

What You Need
Required:

• Valid medical license in Massachusetts
• Experience in Neonatal-Perinatal or Pediatric Critical Care
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment

Preferred:

• Previous on-call NICU experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to quality patient care and safety
