Pay Rate: $22/ hour

Shift details:

• Full-time

• 5:45 AM–6:15 PM

• Every other weekend & holidays; 36/48 schedule

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.

• Measure and record vital signs and observe residents' physical and emotional condition.

• Report changes in residents' condition promptly to the nursing staff.

• Maintain accurate patient care documentation in accordance with facility policies.

• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Promote residents' dignity, privacy, independence, and overall well-being.

• Assist residents with recreational and social activities as appropriate.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality resident care.
