We're excited to support a global manufacturing leader recognized for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and employee development in its search for a collaborative, strategic, and hands‑on Senior HR Manager to join its hybrid team (4/1) in Waukesha, Wisconsin. As the Senior HR Manager, you'll play a critical role in partnering with Operations leadership to build and support a rapidly expanding manufacturing operation. You'll serve as the dedicated HR leader for a high‑profile growth initiative, helping establish the people strategy, build organizational capability, and create a high‑performing culture that supports long‑term operational success. What You'll Do: Serve as the primary HR Business Partner supporting manufacturing, operations, and supply chain leadership. Lead HR efforts for a rapidly growing manufacturing operation, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives. Coach leaders and supervisors on employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational development. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to deliver seamless HR support. Drive recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives during a period of significant organizational growth. Implement and support local and enterprise‑wide HR programs, policies, and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (PHR or SPHR certification preferred). Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least five years supporting manufacturing or operations environments. Strong HR Business Partner experience with demonstrated business acumen and the ability to influence leaders at all levels. Experience supporting hourly manufacturing workforces within complex or matrixed organizations. Broad knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, recruiting, organizational development, change management, and compliance. Experience working in a global organization and collaborating across multiple business functions is highly preferred. A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while building strong relationships throughout the organization.
