Schedule (days/hours) Monday through Thursday 6:45am to 4:00pm Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check‑in to check‑out Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high‑quality care Qualifications Dental Assistant experience preferred CPR Strong communication and patient‑care skills A positive, team‑first attitude Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for Join a Team That Cares At Midwest Dental in Middleton, you’ll find a supportive team, a welcoming patient community, and a workplace where your contributions truly matter.
