Want to explore a career in insurance and financial services but don't have experience or a license?

As a part-time Telemarketer with Jose Rosario State Farm Agent , your job is simple:

Call → Connect → Identify Interest → Hand Off → Next Call

You'll call agency-provided prospect lists, identify people interested in receiving an insurance quote, and connect them with our licensed team.

This is a phone-intensive, activity-driven position .

We can teach you the industry. We're looking for attitude, discipline, reliability, communication skills, and coachability

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make a high volume of outbound calls.
• Identify prospects interested in insurance quotes.
• Warm-transfer opportunities to licensed team members.
• Follow up on assigned leads.
• Answer and route incoming calls when needed.
• Create tasks and accurately document activity.
• Participate in coaching and performance reviews.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bilingual English/Spanish/Portuguese preferred
• Comfortable making lots of phone calls.
• Professional communication.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to handle rejection and make the next call.
• Coachable and motivated by measurable goals.

Previous experience is helpful but not required

This position is with Jose Rosario State Farm Agent, an independent contractor State Farm agent. Employees of State Farm agents are not employees of State Farm Insurance Companies. Future positions may require applicable licensing, registration, training, and eligibility requirements.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
