Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Full-Time | Towson, MD Job Highlights Full-Time Outpatient Dermatology position. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Collaborative, patient-focused practice. Cosmetic Dermatology experience, including Botox & fillers , is a plus if formally trained. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive skin examinations and skin cancer screenings. Diagnose and treat skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin infections. Shave biopsies Punch biopsies Excisional biopsies Cryotherapy Lesion removal and suturing Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications under physician supervision. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Educate patients on skincare, treatment options, and preventive care. Assist with dermatologic surgeries, including Mohs surgery . Perform cosmetic procedures such as Botox and dermal fillers if trained and experienced. Monitor patient progress and conduct follow-up visits. Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation. Collaborate with physicians and specialists to provide high-quality patient care. Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Active Maryland Physician Assistant license or eligibility to obtain. Current NCCPA certification . Minimum 6 months of Dermatology PA experience preferred/required. Current DEA registration and state controlled-substance registration, or eligibility to obtain. Post-graduate surgical training or equivalent surgical experience preferred. BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Acute Care experience is a plus. Experience with EHR systems preferred; NextGen is a plus . Spanish/bilingual skills are a plus. Training or experience in cosmetic dermatology, including Botox and fillers , is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr LanceSoft
