Sr. ServiceNow DeveloperWe are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional with deep platform-level knowledge and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will function as a hands-on architect and engineer, capable of working with the business to create solutions. This role is focused on practical application and development, with a long-term growth path toward a platform architect position.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.Work directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges and provide innovative, hands-on solutions.Develop integrations, workflow automation, and platform customizations following best practices.Independently evaluate new ServiceNow products and accelerate adoption through rapid proof-of-concepts (POCs).Act as a key technical resource with a consultative and solution-focused approach.Required QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.Technical Skills:Advanced expertise across the ServiceNow platform and ITSM capabilities.Strong development experience in integrations, workflow automation, and platform customization.Ability to develop proof-of-concepts, particularly for modules like SAM.Preferred QualificationsExpertise in FSM (Field Service Management).Experience with SPM, CSDM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, HRSD, and SLO/Service Operations modules.Work LocationThis is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to be local and work on-site one day per week.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
