Responsibilities include opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash, enforcing policies, directing crew, providing customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and executing all required tools and logs. Responsibilities Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all zones during a shift. Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant. Manage cash handling and maintain accountability. Enforce company policies and standards. Execute shift‑management meetings and maintain operational and safety standards. Use tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and document results. Direct and support crew members during a shift. Provide exemplary customer service. Utilize reward and recognition programs for crew. Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, promotions, time‑clock overrides). Maintain cleanliness and ensure the facility is in good working order. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple changing priorities. Self‑driven, flexible, energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills. Work effectively independently and collaboratively. Recognize problems, set goals, and execute plans to solve problems. Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly. Work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and travel for training as required. Complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs. Minimum 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
