• Shift: 7:00am–5:00pm (10 hours/day)
• Schedule: 4 shifts/week (Monday-Wednesday operating days, Thursday off, Friday clinic/admin)
• Hours per week: 40 hours minimum, with overtime pay for extra hours

• Licenses/Certifications: Active WA or IMLC license, DEA, BC Board Certification, RNFA (preferred for PAs/NPs with RNFA)
• Experience: Gynecologic Oncology and Pelvic Surgery, robotic surgery (Da Vinci system), pelvic exams, first assisting required

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient and outpatient gynecology and gynecologic oncology care
• Assist with pelvic surgeries, including robotic procedures using Da Vinci systems
• Conduct pelvic exams and manage gynecologic conditions
• Serve as a first assistant during surgeries and procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Cover scheduled shifts consistently, ensuring continuity of care
• Participate in clinical and administrative duties on designated days

What You Need

• Active Washington (WA) or IMLC medical license
• DEA registration
• Board-certified in OB/GYN or Gynecology
• Minimum of several years’ experience in gynecologic oncology and pelvic surgery
• Proficiency in robotic surgery and pelvic exam techniques
• RN First Assisting Certification (RNFA) is preferred for PAs/NPs with RNFA certification
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment

About the Assignment
This locum role supporting gynecologic oncology involves working in outpatient and inpatient settings, providing first assist during complex pelvic surgeries, including robotic procedures. The provider will support a team during maternity leave coverage, starting in Everett, WA, then transitioning to Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA. The scheduled shifts offer a balanced workweek, with a mix of operating room and clinic responsibilities, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
