Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic retail location, where you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and help guide timely responses to security-related concerns. In this visible role, you will support routine operations, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to a caring, reliable, and innovative team culture built on integrity, agility, and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Friday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor radio, phone, and electronic communications systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch personnel to security‑related incidents, maintenance concerns, and other priority needs in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by gathering details, relaying accurate information to on‑site personnel and/or emergency services, and preparing clear reports for follow‑up. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting unusual activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, and communicating observations to the appropriate contacts. Maintain logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, and support coordination between site personnel, visitors, vendors, and management during routine operations and/or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
