Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site‑specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor radio, phone, alarm, and/or camera activity from a dispatch post, receive incoming calls for service, and relay information to site personnel in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Document incidents, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or other security‑related events in dispatch logs and reports with timely and accurate details. Coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, medical calls, and/or other critical situations by communicating with on‑site teams, management, and emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, while helping to identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require follow‑up. Minimum Requirements CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
