We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, manage patient records with precision, and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

Job Description

Duties
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients.
- Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix and Epic for record management.
- Support pediatric dentistry procedures with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for children.
- Perform basic laboratory tasks as needed, including taking impressions and preparing dental materials.
- Stay updated on dental terminology, endodontics, and medical coding practices.

Shift & Schedule

8-hour shift on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, totaling approximately 32 hours per week.
