Compensation & Benefits include: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary Health Insurance 401(k) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off Paid Sick Time Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for long-term growth within a successful plaintiff litigation practice Job Details What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding new legal matters Gather, document, and organize case information Evaluate and qualify potential cases based on established criteria Maintain detailed notes and records within the firm’s case management system Coordinate with attorneys and support staff regarding new matters Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner Ensure all leads and inquiries are handled with urgency and attention to detail What We're Looking For Prior experience in a law firm, legal intake, customer service, medical office, or call center environment preferred Strong phone presence and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and compassionate during sensitive conversations Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Experience with CRM or case management software is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
