Client Intake Experience Coordinator

Our growing matrimonial and family law firm is seeking a Client Intake & Experience Coordinator to serve as one of the first meaningful points of contact for prospective clients navigating difficult life transitions. The successful candidate will combine empathy and professionalism with strong organizational and technical skills. In addition to communicating with prospective clients and guiding them through the intake process, this individual will play a critical role in maintaining accurate data, managing consultation pipelines, coordinating attorney consultations, and ensuring timely follow-up. Responsibilities: • Provide a high-level, client-centered experience for prospective clients • Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and confidence • Screen prospective clients to determine whether they may be a good fit for the firm • Coordinate and schedule consultations with attorneys • Consistently follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication throughout the intake process • Accurately enter and maintain detailed information in our CRM and intake management systems, including Go High Level and Clio Grow • Manage intake pipelines and consultation calendars with precision and attention to detail • Assist in generating intake and pipeline reporting • Ensure all intake-related information and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support a seamless client experience Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • High emotional intelligence and professionalism • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently • Comfortable learning and consistently utilizing technology platforms and CRM systems • Experience with Go High Level, Clio Grow, Clio, or similar CRM/intake systems is strongly preferred • Prior experience in customer service, intake, client relations, hospitality, admissions, healthcare, legal services, or consultative sales is preferred • Confidence to communicate kindly but assertively when appropriate • Reliable, proactive, and highly accountable Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 per year plus annual bonus potential

Compensation:
$60,000-$75,000 per year
