Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) in Midlothian, VA

Doctor of Medicine | Maternal-Fetal Medicine Location: Midlothian, VA Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities The selected physician will be responsible for a wide range of procedures and maternal-fetal management, including Amniocentesis, Chorionic Villus Sampling, and managing conditions such as Pre-Eclampsia, Multiple Pregnancy, Growth Restriction, and Chromosomal Abnormalities. Additional duties include managing Pre-term Labor, Hypertension, Genetic Disorders, and Birth Defects, as well as attending to Vaginal and Cesarean births for high-risk patients. You will work alongside a supportive staff including an RN clinic educator, sonographers, genetic counselors, and a Nurse Practitioner who rotates between sites. The facility utilizes EPIC and Viewpoint for documentation and GE 10 ultrasound equipment. Qualifications & Credentialing Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine is required. Successful completion of a Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship is required. An active Virginia medical license is required. Current BLS certification is required. AIUM Certification is preferred. Proficiency in cerclage is preferred. Candidates must submit to all three related job postings (65643, 65644, and 65645) to be considered. A Self-Query NPDB report, pulled within 30 days of presentation, is required. The estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days.
