A leading specialty hardware distributor in Pompano Beach is hiring a Customer Outreach Representative for an inside sales role - great for someone with customer service or phone sales experience looking to grow.
What You'll Do:
- Reach out to customers by phone to develop new business, place orders, and provide quotes
- Partner with outside sales reps on customer orders and quotes
- Research product solutions to help customers solve project issues
- Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills; team-oriented with initiative
- Woodworking, panel, or hardware product knowledge a plus (not required)
- Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs on occasion
