Account Executive - Inside Sales

Inside Sales – Account Executive Location: Hybrid in Chandler, AZ –3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote. Compensation: Starting base at $42,500 USD + uncapped commissions and other benefits available. Responsibilities Prospect and win new clients through outbound calls and targeted account outreach. Build and grow a book of business. Manage the full sales cycle from first call to close. Communicate Insight’s value to decision‑makers. Maintain consistent daily activity, pipeline, and performance goals. Qualifications High energy, self‑motivated, and driven to win. Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Ability to stay disciplined in a metrics‑driven environment. Sales experience preferred; early career talent encouraged.
