This role ensures accurate receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.### Responsibilities* Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.* Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling procedures.* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.* Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.* Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.* Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members.* Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs as needed.### Requirements* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* 1+ year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.* Forklift experience required* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.* Basic understanding of warehouse safety and quality standards.Why Join Spectra?For more than 45 years, Spectra Gutter Systems has been a trusted leader in the manufacturing and distribution of aluminum rainware products across North America.
