Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

Our products are designed to support wellness, sustainability, and better snacking choices—helping consumers “Snack With Purpose.” Job Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing daily production operations to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety within a fast‑paced food manufacturing facility. This role includes managing, training, and scheduling, as well as enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP compliance to ensure all products meet food safety and quality specifications. The supervisor will identify process improvements, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain accurate production documentation. Key Responsibilities Ensure machines run efficiently. Train operators to meet expectations. Support continuous improvement efforts with Engineering. Complete DT, KPI, and system reporting. Execute special projects and Sales Order readiness. Qualifications High school diploma required. Experience working with manufacturing equipment and machinery, manufacturing process, GMP, SOP. Experience leading teams (3+ years). Hiring Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, twist, and walk throughout the shift. Must stand for the duration of the shift (8–10+ hours). Experience with manufacturing equipment and machinery and understanding of manufacturing process, GMP, SOP (3+ years).
