- ServiceNow Orchestration
- Application Issue Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Agile / Scrum Methodologies
- Customer Requirement Management
- Project Management & Team Leadership
- ServiceNow Systems Administration
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Knowledge
- ITIL V3 Foundation Knowledge
- Experience leading multiple ServiceNow implementation projects
- Experience designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications
- Experience evaluating ServiceNow platform stability and performance
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and SPM
- Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring team members
- Experience managing customer meetings, reporting, risks, and project challenges
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts with customers and internal teams
- Preferred ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
