Senior Financial Analyst

We're partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with the Director of FP&A and CFO on high-impact strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys going beyond reporting and wants a seat at the table when key business decisions are being made. What You'll Do Build and enhance financial models, forecasts, and planning tools Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives Prepare board and leadership reporting Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations Conduct scenario analysis and support long-term planning efforts Help drive process improvements and automation across the finance function Work cross-functionally with leaders throughout the organization Successful candidates are highly analytical, intellectually curious, and capable of translating complex financial information into actionable business insights.
