A commercial and residential property services company is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter for an exciting opportunity with their growing team. This position will perform and oversee construction and renovation projects from start to finish, including layout, installation, finish work, and coordination of project activities.

Carpenters will work from construction drawings and blueprints, install millwork, doors, frames, and hardware, troubleshoot field conditions, and help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. Qualified Carpenters will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of carpentry/construction experience, including experience independently running and overseeing projects.
• Strong residential and commercial construction experience, including millwork, doors, frames, hardware installation, renovation, and finish carpentry.
• Ability to independently read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications, with a strong understanding of applicable building codes and construction standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; a Builder's License is preferred, but not required.
