Job Opportunity: Pediatric Otolaryngologist

Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Otolaryngologist to enhance our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching and thrive in a collaborative, faith-oriented atmosphere.

Position Overview

We invite applications for two fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists to join our department at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Currently, our Otolaryngology department is staffed by two Board certified, fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists, who manage all facets of Pediatric Otolaryngology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Position Requirements

• MD or DO with Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology/HNS.
• Possession of a California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Completion of a Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship prior to starting the position.

Working Environment

Our practice is bustling, comprising 21 physicians and 7 Advanced Practice providers, alongside 19 ENT residents in training. The Pediatric ENT and Audiology office is conveniently situated within one mile of our main campus, with the Pediatric ENT team also serving patients at various satellite clinics.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $350,000 to $550,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $280,000 and $420,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
