This role ensures that the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail are consistently maintained. The Housekeeping Manager plays a key role in maintaining all public spaces and accommodations, including the Village, Green O, and Glamping. What We Offer:

- Inspect guest accommodations and provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with resort standards.
- Monitor public areas throughout the day and evening to maintain the resort's cleanliness and presentation.
- Maintain consistent communication with other departments to ensure accommodations are guest-ready and service expectations are met.
- Perform housekeeper duties as needed, particularly during periods of low occupancy or reduced staffing.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other hours as required by the seasonal nature of the hospitality industry.
- Provide exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests while delivering personalized hospitality.
- Complete all assigned daily housekeeping checklists accurately and on time.
- Support all housekeeping operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Display Paws Up Montana values and standards.
- Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members.
- Handle guest transactions legally, ethically, and confidentially.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
- Always maintain a clean and neat appearance.
- Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury hospitality or related service environment.
- Knowledge of world-class hospitality standards and service excellence.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous Housekeeping experience is required.
- A valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience is required.
