Electronic Security Sales Account Executive

DC / Northern Virginia / Norfolk | Remote + Customer Travel

We’re partnering with a leading building technology and security solutions provider that is looking to add an experienced Electronic Security Sales Account Executive to its growing Federal business.

This is a great opportunity for a proven security sales hunter who enjoys developing new relationships and winning complex opportunities with Federal, DoD and government contractor customers .

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for:

Developing and winning new Federal & DoD accounts
Selling integrated electronic security and fire/life-safety solutions
Building relationships with government and military stakeholders
Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle
Identifying new projects and developing a strong pipeline
Working closely with engineering and technical teams on complex solutions
Supporting proposals, competitive bids and capture activities
Traveling regularly to customer sites across the region

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in electronic security, fire/life safety or integrated security sales
Proven experience selling into Federal, DoD or government environments
Strong new business development / hunter mentality
Knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection or integrated security systems
Experience with federal procurement, contracts or capture is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
