Your Role As the Caregiver, your role includes providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment. Position Highlights Status: Full Time, Part Time & PRN Schedule: 7am‑3pm & 3pm‑11pm Location: 21 Clark Street Brooklyn NY 11201 Rate of Pay: $18.50 plus up to $1,000.00 in Sign On Bonus & Retention Bonus What You’ll Do Responsible for designated group of residents during shift; ensures awareness of whereabouts and conducts frequent checks Provide daily personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity, safety, and overall well‑being Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to residents Engage residents in meaningful life skills activities and enrichment programs Notify supervisor and/or health care coordinator if a resident has increased care needs Other duties as assigned Qualifications Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required High School diploma or GED preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Prior experience working with seniors in memory care Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and leadership Compassionate, resident‑focused approach with superior customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Sound judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities Benefits You’ll Enjoy Early access to earned wages before payday Flexible scheduling options with full‑time and part‑time hours Paid time off and holidays (full‑time) Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurances (full‑time) 401(k) with employer match Paid training Opportunities for growth and advancement Company provided uniforms Sign‑On Bonus & Retention Bonus up to $1,000.00 Equal Opportunity Employer We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
