Responsibilities:
Help patients with daily functions, such as dressing or bathing
Housework, like vacuuming or doing laundry.
Shopping and cooking meals
Schedule doctor appointments or other meetings and arrange transportation.
Register and inform the nurses about the patient's health status.
Teach patient self-care skills
Requirements:
Certificatied in New York to work as an HHA or PCA
Valid ID
Authorized to work in the United States
Social Security Card (We do not accept TaxID)
Happy and willing to provide care
Ability to care for patients
Experience in palliative care, home care, or other related fields is an advantage.
Ability to care for minor medical problems
Availability to work occasionally in the evenings, holidays, and weekends
