CORE FUNCTIONS

Providesdirect supervision tothe 988 clinical and compliance managers Engagesin routine evaluation of program needsand develops policiesandprocedures accordingly Coordinateswith various administrative departments (HR, payroll,finance,IT, etc.)to ensure the program is appropriately resourced and aligned with the agency’ s mission and values Overseescompliance to contract and accreditation requirements Communicate progress toward key metrics with internal and external stakeholders via data and outcomes reports, care coordination agreements, and other written reports Participatesin contract oversight meetings, division and agency leadership and staff meetings, and other committees as assigned Leadsprogram staff meetings Participatesin outreach opportunities to promote988servicesandensure program coordination and access

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Master'sdegree in social work or related field, withindependent licensurepreferred. Can substituteeducation and/or licensurewitha master’ s degree and10+ years of leadership experience in human services, social services, or adjacent. 3-5years ofdirector-levelleadership experience Experiencemanaging crisesstrongly preferred, in settings such as behavioral health treatment programs, emergency services, homelessshelters, crisis centers, or similar

SALARY: $90,000-92,000
