Practice Manager

h3. Job Title: Practice Manager p. Responsible for the day-to-day operational effectiveness, service excellence, and financial success of a specific practice within LPG. Reports to the Director of Administrative Services and collaborates with physician leadership to ensure high standards of patient care and business activities. h3. Responsibilities: ol. li. Work closely with physician leadership to foster clinical excellence, customer service, efficiency, and economic performance. li. Support clinical environment improvements and practice growth. li. Collaborate with peer Practice Managers to share best practices. li. Manage operational metrics, billing processes, and cash control. li. Ensure proficiency in technology use and maintain provider and staff schedules. li. Support clinical staff development and supervise non-clinical support staff. li. Participate in policy development, budget planning, and practice improvements. li. Oversee practice activities including scheduling, billing, referrals, and documentation. li. Maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory. li. Foster relationships with patients, vendors, and external partners. li. Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality improvement initiatives. h3. Other Information: p. Education: Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, healthcare administration, or equivalent. p. Experience: Minimum of three years in physician practice or outpatient department management; ambulatory leadership experience in an academic medical center preferred. p. Supervisory Responsibility: Oversee day-to-day staff operations. p. Work Environment: Typical medical office setting requiring extensive sitting, standing, and walking. p.
