Eaton's Electrical Crouse-Hinds Commercial Products Division is currently seeking an operator. This position is based at our Washington/Meadowlands, PA facility.

This facility manufactures and assembles products for commercial electrical distribution. This position is responsible for begin-of-line inspecting and assembling of commercial electrical products. • Operate production equipment including but not limited to welders, presses, and benders according to work instructions.
• Assemble switch boxes for welding.
• Inspect finished product for quality per standard work instructions.
• Put electrical products in appropriate cartons for shipment.
• Palletize cartons per standard work instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping in work area.
• Perform above work on one or more lines.

Qualifications - External Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Washington, PA facility. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Position Success Criteria:

• Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Required to lift up to 50 lbs
