At Helpt we provide 24x7x365 on-shore white-labled technical support on behalf of a range of companies in MSP, Technology, and Product Support sectors whose clients rely on them for support at all hours. Schedule: This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Once your schedule is assigned, you will have a consistent, fixed shift rather than a rotating schedule. Because our team operates 24/7/365, your assigned shift could include daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday hours. Your exact schedule will be confirmed prior to your start date. Responsibilities: Deliver consistently excellent, friendly, and professional service to clients and end users Handle inbound IT help desk and product support calls, tickets, and service requests Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while providing clear communication, empathy, and a positive customer experience Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills (often the phone will be your only tool) Exhibits outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Motivated self-starter (We want to see a passion for technology and support) Previous experience at an MSP is major plus. L1 Technical Experience in a Helpdesk Environment Strong troubleshooting skills (Home-lab counts, tell us about yours) Customer service oriented (you have to be delighted by helping people) Familiarity with the modern Windows family of operating systems Familiarity with the modern Mac family of operating systems An innate desire to see all printers launched into the sun Bonus Skills You Should Tell Us About At Helpt we want to hire a
