Valuations Analyst

Valuations Analyst - 100% Remote What you will be doing: Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties and define turnaround times for dispositions. Partner with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, and scope of work for overall construction strategy. Value properties across the entire U.S. and ensure accuracy of all valuations. Meet turnaround objectives for valuations and ensure properties do not stay on market too long. Handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Perform any other tasks necessary to help the company meet its goals. About You: Minimum 3 years experience in residential property valuations/underwriting. Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred). Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adopt new technology.
