As a Senior Sales Team Manager, you'll guide and develop a team of experienced sales professionals, driving account growth through strategic coaching, business planning, and customer engagement. This is a unique opportunity to influence performance, strengthen customer relationships, and help shape the future of a business poised for significant growth over the next five years. Preferred candidates must live within the vicinity of Dallas, TX, or within vicinity of a major airport. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Coach and develop a team of 15 established sales professionals to support strong growth and productivity Increase account penetration and share of wallet through expanded product, program, and value-added service adoption and implementation Own and guide disciplined business planning execution across your team Identify performance gaps and implement targeted actions to unlock growth Lead field coaching and territory development efforts that maximize the productivity of established sales professionals, with the expectation of generating multiple-fold increases in sales production Coach advanced selling capabilities, including account strategy and value positioning Strengthen senior-level customer relationships through direct field engagement Maintain performance accountability through consistent field and remote oversight WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Capability to elevate experienced sales professionals beyond current levels of achievement A motivator and culture-builder who fosters a high-performing, growth-focused environment while building confidence and capability within experienced teams A strong business thinker with the ability to translate strategy into effective field execution Highly skilled in account development and penetration within established relationships, while maintaining a culture of new business Highly credible in front of customers, with the ability to coach in real-time situations A disciplined operator who drives planning, accountability and follow-through An effective remote leader who sustains engagement and performance without constant field presence A results-oriented manager with a focus on measurable outcomes like revenue, penetration, and productivity WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Proven record of achievements in sales and team management 10+ years of demonstrably successful business development and sales experience History of mentoring and developing talent Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field preferred Professional or vocational qualifications At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people.
