This position is responsible for providing personalized assistance, managing requests, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling a variety of tasks ranging from managing deliveries and reservations to coordinating building services and addressing resident inquiries. Position Hours 7am-3:30pm Saturday and Sundays How You Will Be Successful Greet residents and guests as they enter the building Answer phone calls with courtesy and route to the appropriate associate as needed. Ensure amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning Manage deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours. Report to management any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs Assist other tasks as assigned by the property manager Maintain positive communications with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concerns Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area Abide by Mills policies and procedures and laws pertaining to Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc. Embrace Mills values and apply to all areas of responsibility What You Need High school diploma or GED preferred Valid drivers license and proof of insurance required Previous concierge or guest services experience preferred Reliable transportation This description is not intended, and should not be construed, to be an all-inclusive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions as associated with a job.
