Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodiverse youth? Maple Lake Academy is looking for energetic, compassionate individuals to step into a Staff Mentor role supporting teenage boys with Autism in a structured, supportive, and growth-focused school and community environment. In this role, you'll:
✔️ Provide classroom support during school hours. Provide structured support during non-school hours
✔️ Build meaningful connections with students
✔️ Collaborate with a strong, caring team
✔️ Help guide students in their academic and personal development with life skills and social skills The work we do is rewarding and challenging—it's an opportunity to mentor, model, and make a real impact. Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 21 years or older (to be able to drive company vehicles)
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon accepting an offer
