Floor Lead Vernon, CA Overview Salary Range $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in production processes within a manufacturing facility. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow on the assembly line. Train, mentor, and support team members in their roles, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Monitor production metrics and report on performance to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing facility. Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed to facilitate production processes. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, performing basic maintenance as required. Collaborate with management to implement best practices in manufacturing operations. Qualifications Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, with an understanding of assembly processes. Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in logistics or inventory management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain quality standards throughout production.
