Position Details Title: Security Officer Patrol Guard Location: Phoenix, AZ Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.33 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
