As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer supporting a dynamic tech and telecommunications location. In this primarily patrol and driving role, you will monitor assigned areas, perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support site protocols related to restricted areas, equipment spaces, and other sensitive locations.

Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and relay important information during shift changes to support continuity of security-related operations.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
