You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals. Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards. Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution. Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered. Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. Flexible Scheduling and Reliability Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs. Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. Qualifications & Experience Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks. Strong commitment to client service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a goal-driven mindset. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
