INSURANCE DEFENSE ATTORNEY

Trial AttorneyA national carrier seeks a Trial Attorney to independently manage a complex caseload from inception through resolution. This is a temporary position approved for 3 months in duration with an extension likely (but not guaranteed). Work is 8 hours/day for 40 hours/week. This role is REMOTE. Requires: an active license to practice law in Tennessee and 2+ years of insurance defense experience. Position includes comprehensive benefits (health, dental).
