Ensure the store is in exceptional order and that employees perform their duties efficiently. Lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. Requirements Availability: 3pm - 10:30pm (4-5 shifts per week). Ability to work 30-40 hours a week. Must be at least 18 years of age. Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to handle fast‑paced and high‑stress situations. Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities with minimal supervision. Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations for store improvement.
