Kitchen Manager

KJ’s Market is seeking a Bench-Bluebird Kitchen Manager to oversee prepared foods operations across assigned stores. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure consistent food quality, safety, and presentation while managing daily production schedules, inventory, and ordering. You will train, schedule, and coach kitchen associates, model friendly, community-focused service, and support merchandising and promotional plans. The Bench Manager provides coverage and support to multiple locations, assisting with new menu rollouts, cost control, and process improvements to keep kitchens efficient, compliant, and customer-first.
