We re hiring a Psychological Assessment Clinical Supervisor in San Jose, California who wants meaningful leadership, professional growth, and a balanced lifestyle in a vibrant, innovative community.
You ll step into a clinical role focused on supervising psychological assessments, training interns and staff, and providing high-quality, culturally responsive care. You ll conduct psychological and neuropsychological testing, offer direct counseling services, and guide assessment program development. This role offers strong autonomy within a collaborative team environment.

What makes you a great fit
You are a Licensed Psychologist with a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
You have experience in psychological and neuropsychological testing and supervision
You are passionate about mentorship, culturally responsive care, and clinical excellence
You are comfortable with comprehensive assessments, risk evaluation, and treatment planning
Experienced providers and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $130,000 $135,000
Health Insurance: Employer covers 95%
