Resident Billing Call Center Agent – Provide Compassionate Support and Resolve Billing Inquiries Call Center Representative | Customer Service | Billing Support | Accounts Receivable | Healthcare Billing | Remote What You’ll Do Answer inbound calls within service level targets Provide empathetic, professional assistance and use de-escalation techniques when needed Research resident accounts and explain charges clearly Update billing systems (PCC) and document calls accurately Collaborate with community leaders to resolve complex inquiries Escalate urgent issues appropriately with detailed handoffs Support Move-In/Move-Out processing and resident refunds Monitor AR aging and assist with collections efforts Assist with LTC submissions and month-end billing activities Maintain compliance with privacy, audit and documentation standards Pay Range 18.38 - 22.98 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
