As a premier residential service company, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven  Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow our in-home sales team. In this role, you will:

• Recruit, train, and mentor comfort advisors and outside sales representatives
• Drive revenue growth through coaching, ride-alongs, and performance management
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market share
• Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and close rates to ensure team success
• Uphold a customer-first approach that ensures homeowners receive tailored solutions and an outstanding experience

Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing sales, promotions, and campaigns
• Ability to design and implement successful sales strategies and motivate, influence, and impact a team of Sales Reps.
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities.
• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
• Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
• Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
• Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
• Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

Compensation: Base Salary (based on experience, geography, and span of control) + commission and bonus plan

Total Pay : (Base + Commission) - $120,000 - $280,000 per year
